What about Alliance Advisors, a company that does not make public the results of the election it organizes
While condemning the refusal of the REI Board of directors to make public the detailed results of the election to the board, we don't wonder about the responsibility of the company put in charge of organizing this democratic process.
Alliance Advisors is the firm that has been put in charge of REI Board of directos elections. What is their responsibility (if any) in making public the results of the elections? Is such a behaviour ethical?
While researching a bit on this issue I found this page about members voting rights created by Springly. Also interesting, a comment about the necessary ratification of changes in the bylaws. But maybe the present oligarchic board does not not recognize the membership's right to ratify (or not) changes in the bylaws. especially when they restrict their rights to vote? The only way forward is to take over the board of directors as started in the 2025 election withhold revolt.
