REI-CO-OP's 2026 board of directors election: impossible to vote

 This morning I tried to vote, via the reivote.com then the page devoted to the vote, reproduced below.

I tried to identify myself with my email, then my member's number, to no avail.

I called the alliance advisors number and talked for a while with a person who could not find my name in their data base. He told me they would emailed me back.

I then emailed the REI board with cc to Alliance Advisors to let them know I was unable to vote. 

As of now I have not heard back from any of them.
